19 weeks and counting

I got to see baby #2 again today and this time a little bit bigger.

This baby is not nearly as active as Ireland was while I was pregnant, however I'm hoping the baby gets somewhat active in the next 4 months and gets out of this breech position.
I'm thinking this time around, I'll have a more calm, less observant baby to cradle in my arms.

Those were the Days

I miss going on trips and being the one who got to stay in bed while my Mom was the only one up quietly getting ready in the bathroom.

However, now that it's my turn turn to be the mommy, I wouldn't trade these moments in for anything!

June Miller 1919-2012

It's always sad when you lose someone you love, but for me, this was not a sad weekend.

My Grandma, June Miller, had 93 wonderful years here on this earth and is now spending eternity with her Saviour and some loved ones.
I HIGHLY enjoyed hearing some wonderful memories of her shared by family. Every child or grandchild has something about their parent or grandparent that they "poke fun at" and for me, those are characteristics about them that I love.

For Some Reason It Won't Upload My Video! GRRR...

It was a great time to see family that we don't get to see often at all, some we see more then others, and just be able to catch up and bring up all the funny stories that has happened throughout the years.

It was nice to be able to see the burial plots of some family members.
Of course my Grandpa. . .

and my Aunt Betty (My Grandma's sister). .  .

and my mom's first husband, Melissa's father, Bob Ralston

I remember not being very sad at my Grandpa or Aunt Betty's funerals but yet having a peace knowing I WILL one day reunite with them and celebrate being in our Fathers house!

I am so blessed!

Being able to go back to Lima, OH allowed us to go visit some of the old stomping grounds.
We of course were super excited about being able to eat at Kewpee once again! I believe there will come a time that me and my sisters will take a 5 hour drive just to eat here!

This is where Wendy's got their idea and actually told "Kewpee" that they will never build a Wendy's in Lima, OH. . . well, that didn't last long.

We then went and took a stroll passed the house my Mom grew up in. . .
this is what it looked like at the time my mom lived there. .

& this is what it looks like now.  .

I got to see the house my Grandma grew up in, which was right across from my Grandpa. . .

They were married a year before telling anyone and they remained in their houses across from each other. How in the world did they manage that!?

These two were very loved and probably didn't think so, but they left behind a ton of amazing memories and traits I will never forget & probably carry on through my life.
